In the morning, I walked to South Putuo Temple and climbed up to Wulao Peak to enjoy the panoramic view of Xiamen University and Xiamen Port.
Later, I visited the cultural relics Hulishan Fortress which is not far from South Putuo Temple.
In the afternoon, I set out to the ferry terminal to take a 20-minute boat trip to Gulangyu Island. I visited Shuzhuang Garden and Piano Museum with a collection of 80-fold rare old pianos from all over the world.
After the visit in Gulangyu IsIand went to Zhongshan Road. My one day Xiamen tour ended here.
